Twillio is Investigating: We are continuing to experience inbound message failures from T-Mobile to a subset of Twilio US phone numbers. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

This is affecting multiple locations when clients are messaging the clinic. This is affecting multiple PIMS including Vetspire.
