We have identified that the issue is originating from our third-party platform, Freshworks, which powers part of our Support AI infrastructure.
Current Status:
-We are actively engaged with the Freshworks Support Team to resolve the issue. -The Vetspire AI Bot remains partially unavailable. -Live chat is operational, but wait times continue to exceed one hour.
