The message below was sent to us by RingCentral: "Our priority is to provide our customers with highly reliable service. We heavily invest time and resources in conducting rigorous testing methods to ensure we provide 24/7 service.
As part of this continuous effort, we will perform availability testing that will simulate an outage on the RingCentral network to measure the resiliency and stability of our recovery process. Please see the details and schedule below.

North America: October 4, 2024, 10:00 PM PT to 04:00 AM PT EMEA: October 5, 2024, 07:00 AM CEST to 01:00 PM CEST APAC: October 5, 2024, 03:00 PM AEST to 09:00 PM AEST
Impact:
We have proactively planned this service maintenance and have taken numerous steps to minimize the impact on our customers. Please take note of what is expected with this network testing.
Users will expect the following interruptions to happen once during the maintenance window (maximum of 1 minute): For ongoing calls only - one-way audio, no audio, or dropped calls (new calls will not be affected) Outgoing and Incoming fax delays RingCentral Video clients connected through room connector will be dropped RingCentral Video meetings may freeze for up to 30 seconds RingCentral Webinars may freeze for up to 1 minute
Actions to take: Redial disconnected phone calls Resend failed faxes Relaunch dropped RingCentral Video meetings (via room connector) Reconnect to RingCentral Video or Webinar (if not reconnect automatically)
